With a rigorous eye for high tolerances and flawless surface finishes, Joseph takes customer designs straight from CAD to finished precision metal on both mills and lathes.
Nathan directs shop operations, sales, logistics, and strategic planning while actively producing precision mill and lathe parts. A key strategist and hands-on craftsman, Nathan manages customer relationships, workflow scheduling, and custom fixture fabrication to deliver rapid, reliable project execution.
